An exception occurred in driver: could not find driver symfony 4 database creating

I am trying to validate this order: php bin / console doctrine: database: create symfony 4 in console but I have this error 'An exception occurred in driver: could not find driver' however I activated the extension 'pdo_mysql' in 'php.ini'
